Conor Egan Personal Training provides an elite training experience for all ages and fitness levels. Personal Training comes with a tailored nutritonal plan based on your needs and goals.

We are based in a private personal training studio in Ballincollig with top of the range equipment meaning no packed gyms and no waiting for machines.

We also offer private train with a friend packages and online coaching to take your training to the next level.

Conor is an excellent and very motivating personal trainer, I was looking to get lean muscle and get toned for the Irish special Olympics games next year as I’m going to represent Munster in soccer. I started my first package a few weeks ago doing 12 sessions of lean muscle. I started push ups at 44 rising to 60 and the plank from 2 mins 15 to 3 mins. After 12 sessions I dropped 7 inches off my upper body, waist and stomach up 3 inches and upper legs 3 inches up and I’m now currently doing another package of 18 sessions
